Spór wokół kategorii „dobra regulacja”

Abstract
This article aims to show how determined and assessed good regulation at the level of individual projects and what is the opinion of Polish lawmaking process. It is based on a critical evaluation of publications, paying particular attention to the application of the criteria and indicators used by international institutions, in particular the OECD. The main result of the study is that in a number of methodological approaches verified there are no results for Polish. Thus, we can conclude that Poland do not participated in these research, we do not have databases and we are not especially interested in their results. Therefore, it is difficult to expect that the process of law will lead to stimulating competitiveness and economic growth of our country.
