SPORT AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF SCHOOL YOUTH

Abstract
Spectacular concatenation of circumstances, which awakens emotions of different strength and duration in its performers, is present in sport unlike in any other human phenomenon. Intensive and rich emotional life; a specifi c characteristic of school youth, included in various sport activities; should also be considered as a possibility of educating and further directing in order to maintain and improve emotional health which is a key feature of personal development. It is achievable both in amateur and school sport activities, whose goals reach not only the sport results but also the whole spectrum of moral, aesthetic, hygienic and other areas included in educaton of emotionally healthy person.
