SPORTS COURT OF ARBITRATION – AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF RESOLVING SPORTS DISPUTES

The essence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport as a major instrument of resolv- ing disputes that are directly or indirectly connected with sports has been identified. The features and advantages of this institution were analysed.
