THE MAIN CRITERIA OF INFORMATION - THE SUBJECT OF THE STATE INFORMATION FUNCTION AS A SECURITY

Abstract
This article explores the basic criteria of information as a matter of information functions of the state in modern conditions. Disclosed and analyzes the main prop- erties of this component of the information function of the state as security; purpose of use and the effects of their exposure to the object orientation. Offered the methods and ways to identify and counter their negative impact, preventing destructive their effects on the functioning of the state bodies, society and citizens' consciousness.
