СПОЖИВАЧ ЯК ПОТЕНЦІЙНИЙ СУБ’ЄКТ РИНКУ ОРГАНІЧНОЇ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ПРОДУКЦІЇ

Abstract
Nigmatova O.S. Consumer as a potential subject of organic agricultural products market. The article deals with the question of the subjectivity of the Ukrainian consumer of organic agricultural products, his willingness to participate in activities which could reduce the costs of production and circulation of these products, namely, the various forms of work (volunteerism, communication with other consumers, reproduction of the values of organic farming in his everyday life, and so on). The purpose of the article is to analyze the results of the survey of Ukrainian consumers of organic agricultural products conducted by the author. The method of this research consisted in a sociological study, a questionnaire, based on the examples given by Ukrainian and foreign researchers. The Marxist theory, including the conception of socially-active human nature, was used as the methodological basis of this study. As a result of the study, it can be concluded that the dynamics of organic market development in Ukraine will directly depend on the active interaction of Ukrainian organic farmers with consumers. The results of this study can be applied by organic farmers by the way of using the consumers’ work to reduce costs of production and circulation of organic agricultural products. This work can be initiated and exploited by organic agricultural farmers through branding practices aiming at reducing the costs of production and circulation of organic agricultural products. Moreover, consumers could be involved in the organic social movement to lobby the interests of organic agriculture for the required legislative overhaul. In addition, the results of this study will help Ukrainian scientists to understand the relationship of the consumer and producer of organic agricultural products from the point of view of the dialectical approach as an interrelationship developing in contradictions, namely, as a dialectical relation. Based on this approach the consumer (his uninformedness) will not be considered a problem, but a solution, if his social activity would be taken into account. The consumer is a potential subject of the Ukrainian market of organic agricultural products since he can participate in solving all the problems of this market. Future research in this context should be conducted in order to consider possible organizational and legal forms in which the consumers’ work of will be used in the interests of the entire Ukrainian organic agriculture.
