SPREADING OF INTELLECT-CAPACITY CREATIVITY AND REFLEXIVE MANAGEMENT – NECESSITY OF SUCCESS OF POST-SOVIET MODERNIZATION

Abstract
As the most important interrelated conditions for the successful realization of post-soviet modernization, the development of labour and management relations is studied. The improvement of the mechanisms of involvement in labour creation and self-management is considered in the context of paradigmatic social changes. The reflexivity of postmodernity encompasses the socio-economic space: from postmodern (in particular, labour and management) culture to post-industrial relations and postFordism in their organization, – is strengthening the public need for the development and application of creative gifts of participants in production. Mechanisms for stimulating desirable changes are seen in the cultivation of a motivating socio-economic environment and the creation of development clusters. The formation of adequate for the tasks of post-soviet modernization of the environment is associated, first of all, with the spread of social partnership and industrial democracy. During the transition to the knowledge economy on a global scale, the functions of clusters are viewed from the point of view of advanced scientific, educational and production complexes.
