Abstract
Kupchak V.R. Strategic priorities of energy system modernization in the regions of Ukraine. The article presents researches of strategic directions of modernization of energy system of Ukrainian regions and development of proposals for its further development. Are grounded the priority directions of modernization of power supply system in Ukraine. It is established that solving of the energy problem, overcoming of energy dependence of Ukraine's economy are closely connected with successful modernization of the region’s energy system, that is looked through as an integral part of restructuring of the national economy. It is proved that solution of the energy problem, overcoming of the energy dependence of Ukraine's economy is closely linked to the successful modernization of the energy system of the regions, that is considered as an integral part of restructuring the national economy. It is established that among the priority directions of modernization of power supply system in Ukraine should be recognized: the diversification of the energy supply system and energy ensuring; updating and technical modernization of means of energy and its infrastructure; implementation and promotion of rational use of energy resources through the combined production of electrical and heat energy using local energy resources. It is proved that solving of the problems of changes modernization in the energy system will foresee the elimination of structural imbalances and creation of conditions for economic growth of electric power, it must be considered depending on the arrangement of the complex interdependent relationships between its structural components, that provides sectoral integrity and manageability, which should be done by choosing effective options of organizational structure and forms of government regulation and corporate governance, including strengthening of state control over the strategically important spheres of the economy in the face of the power enterprises of Ukraine and use, mainly, of the market tools of implementation of such control.
