Stability of Cylindrical Shell Partially Filled with Liquid At the External Dynamic Pressure

Abstract
A problem of the behavior of closed cylindrical circular shell partially filled with liquid at the dynamic application of uniformly distributed external pressure is considered. The influence of liquid, both on the value of " critical dynamic loading " at which occurs a rough deflection of the shell, and the values of critical frequencies of the main parametrical resonance is investigated.
