Journal Title: Zeszyty Naukowe Wydziału Zamiejscowego w Chorzowie Wyższej Szkoły Bankowej w Poznaniu - Year 2015, Vol 17, Issue
Abstract
The paper is focused on issues related to staff training in the health care sector. Setting off from the classical definition of training, the article discusses the goals and organization of a training process and describes how these are specifically embodied in health care institutions. The authors point out that health workers are a special case whose regular training is actually mandated by relevant acts of law. This implies special attention to the quality of training services and entails the need to monitor and verify learning outcomes.
