Abstract
The article is devoted to research of retrospective analysis of norms of program documents to characterize consist- ently the process of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to acquis communautaire of EU. The author has defined the stages of such adaptation and has highlighted, in this context, the key issues and features of the current stage of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to acquis communautaire of EU in the sphere of public service.
