STAKEHOLDER-ORIENTED APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The concept of management of enterprises is theoretically justified in the article, taking into account features of the functioning of the construction sector. The main theoretical positions are analyzed and the absence of unified approaches to the definition of management of construction enterprises is established. Groups of stakeholders that influence and interact with construction companies are determined. A stakeholder-oriented approach to the management of construction enterprises is proposed, which includes a set of interrelated actions aimed at implementing the system approach and developing a proposal to improve the effectiveness of their management.
