Abstract
The article dwells on the analysis of scientific findings regarding the essence and purpose of workplaces assessment on working conditions in Ukraine. A general review of modern scientific advances in this sphere has been implemented. We have provided quotes that reflects in the best way the contemporary attitude of scientists to the discussed problem. It is concluded on the state and perspectives of the scientific thought development in the outlined sphere.
