Standardization of Management Competence Formation of Future Heads of General Educational Institutions and Civil Servants in the Field of Education

Abstract
The author analyses current issues related to the formation of management competences of future leaders of general education institutions and civil servants in the field of education. By analysing the state standard in the field of knowledge 07 “Management and administration” specialty 073 “Management”, the author identifies positive and negative aspects of the document’s contents which need improvement.
