Standards of administrative procedure for the public registration of subject rights on real estate

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the coverage of the category of administrative procedure for state registration of real rights to real estate. The „stage“, „administrative procedure“ and „administrative stage“ categories are compared. A description of the stages of the procedure for state registration of real rights to real estate is given.
