Service state as a functional model of a modern stat

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the modern scientific concept of „the service state“, which represents the functional model of the modern state. The definition of „service state“, features and princi- ples of its functioning are given. The analysis of the category „state service“ as the key concept within the framework of the theoretical functional model of the service state has been analyzed, as well as the correla- tion between the state function and the state service has been analyzed.
