Legal regulation of interaction of an investigator and the operational subdivisions

Abstract
In this article the author analyzes the existing rules of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine that regulate interaction and operational investigative unit during criminal proceedings and proposed amend- ments to some legislative acts.
