Features of the formulation of the subject of execution as a form of implementation of administrative rules in certain varieties of regulatory legal acts

Abstract
The article highlights the signs of execution as a form of implementation of administrative rules, on the basis of which a definition of the relevant legal category is proposed. It analyzes how the specifics of regulatory legal acts and the provisions fixed in them influence over the implementation of administrative rules (through the examples of regulatory frameworks formulated in the form of rules, standards, instruc- tions, executive orders, provisions and procedures).
