Foreign experience of decentralization of public authority.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience of decentralization of public authority. Analysis of the Constitutions of the countries in which the principle of decentralization of state power was realized. Examples are given of countries in which decentralization of public authority is envisaged.
