STANDARDS OF HIGHER EDUCATION: MAIN STAGES OF CREATION, PROBLEMS AND RISKS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The complex of normative legal acts and organizational measures aimed at the creation and implementation of higher education standards is analyzed. It is established that practically in all specialties the development of the projects of the educational level "bachelor" is completed, their examination and coordination is being carried out. The causes of risks that could complicate the process of approving HES and putting them into effect are highlighted.
