STATE ADMINISTRATION OF LAND RESOURCES IN THE FIELD OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of public administration in the field of regional development. It was established that normative monetary valuation of land allows local authorities simultaneously to use regulatory-organizational methods of management of territorial development to realize their regulatory powers on the basis of creating economic conditions and incentives for rational land use, create the necessary conditions for the formation of the financial and economic base at the expense of land.
