STATE AND PROBLEMS OF THE UKRAINIAN BUSINESS BY RESULTS OF VALUE JUDGMENT

Abstract
Objects of research are the state, problems and obstacles of development of business in Ukraine. The purpose of this article is the analysis of development of the Ukrainian business on the basis of subjective data, i.e. results of surveys which were conducted in Ukraine and are actual so far, and also on own research. The information base is the result of expert poll of businessmen in Ukraine. As a result of the conducted research the high-quality estimation of business development in Ukraine is carried out, internal and external problems which slow down its development and increase of efficiency of implementation are defined. The received results have to be considered in determining the directions of Public service activity improvement in Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of business in the course of development of the National program of support and development of business on 2015 and the next years. The author proposes the means for the organization of the system of entrepreneurship research based on subjective data based on the cooperation of public authorities and the leading research universities in Ukraine.
