STATE APPARATUS UNDER TRANSNATIONAL CONFIGURATION OF POWER

Abstract
The article attempts to distinguish the state apparatus under transnational configuration of power. From the point of view of the concept of a transnational capitalist class, according to which the latter is interpreted as the global ruling class building a new (transnational) institutional system, the state apparatus appear as those which are intertwined in the general process of the transnational state constructing. The functional purpose of the state apparatus seen in the consistent advancing of globalization, the practice of “transnational accumulation”, removing obstacles to the activity of the transnational capitalist class. All together with various transnational institutions, the state apparatus turn into a transnational state apparatus. The last is used by transnational capital in order to convert economic power into supranational political power.
