STATE DISTRIBUTION OF LAND PROTECTION

Abstract
The peculiarities of legal regulation in the field of land relations are analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to improving the system of land resources management and the structure of specially authorized bodies of executive power and local self-government bodies. The distribution of functions in the field of systematic land surveys, as well as operational interference with offenses by landowners and land users, is provided by establishing a control body for the use and protection of land, to achieve economic growth and environmental security. The characteristics of economic incentives and sanctions as an important element of state policy in land use are given. The main provisions of the improvement of controlling, stimulating and punishing functions of the state in the process of legal protection of land are proposed.
