FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
The article raises a question of the imperfection of domestic legislation on administrative responsibility. The authors emphasize the need to update legislation in the mentioned field and point to the necessity to use the experience of foreign countries in such a reforming. Therefore, the paper investigates normative models of the institution of administrative responsibility in foreign countries, its correlation with criminal legislation, as well as studies procedural rules of various countries that regulate the procedure for bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as establish mechanisms for appeals in this area.
