STATE OF FISH INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE AT THE BEGINNING OF HER REFORMATION

Abstract
Data are shown about the modern state in fish industry of Ukraine after her structure, booty of water bio resources, reformation, financing that by investments. At the food market an important place is occupied by fish products with considerable maintenance of albumen for the needs of population. Fish industry sends the work to creation of certain terms for the increase of volumes of increase of commodity fish and other biological resources. However, instability of economic situation long time negatively influenced on development of fish industry. Modern terms require the change of going near organization and activity of the fish-breeder forming. The necessity of their reformation, bringing of normatively-legal acts, bringing in of investments in fish industry of increase of facilities of the state budget, realization of scientific researches, use of international experience was therefore determined. During 2016 as a result of reformation a tendency was determined on the increase of booty of water living resources, in particular by comparison to 2015 she grew on 1,5 %. Perspective direction in development of fish industry there is programming, improvement and strengthening of state information water objects, use of international experience, increase of investments and increase of logistical support.
