State policy as a factor in ensuring the legal regime in the labor law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the factors of national level disclose, which ensure the legal regime in the employment law of Ukraine. The definition of this concept is presented. The first of the identified factors – public policy related the ratio between interests of production (including business) and those of employees – is being examined in details.
