State Positive State Obligations in Situation of Forced Internal Displacement: International Standards

Abstract
The article is devoted to legal grounds and fundamental approaches to positive obligations of a state under conditions of forced displacement within its territory, as well as the scope of such obligations to protect and fulfill the rights of internally displaced persons in line with UN and Council of Europe standards.
