Legal characteristics of recommendations of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development

Abstract
This article provides legal characteristics of recommendations of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. The research is based on the results of content of those legal documents. It pays attention that by the legal nature the legal acts belong to norms of “soft law”. A special attention is paid to the impact of recommendations of OECD on the legal order of member countries of the Organization and third countries.
