The main directions of reforming the privatization legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article was analyzed the main novelties of the Draft Law “On privatization of state property” № 7066: the division of objects of privatization into two groups – small and large-scale privatization objects, changes in the method of privatization, a reduction in the overall terms of privatization, etc. Was evaluated the overall impact of the proposed changes on the recovery process of privatization of state property.
