The organizational and legal structure of administrative court in terms of implementation of European principles of legal proceedings in Ukraine (the case of Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal)

Abstract
The article analyzes the organizational and legal structure of Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal in the context of the implementation of the European principles of legal proceedings in Ukraine. The history of the Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal was created. The structure of the Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeal and the powers of the court chairman are revealed.
