The peculiarities of the legal regulation of land market in the European Union

Abstract
This article studies the experience of legal regulation of the market land in selected countries of European Union, examines some institutes of legal regulation, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as describes the expediency of using international experience in the resolution of land relations in Ukraine, in particular, for starting functioning of the agricultural land market.
