State Property: Concept, Types and Forms

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the concept of state property, its types and forms. The article analyzes the theoretical and legal provisions and legislative rules concerning the content of state property. The notions of state property as an economic category are given, the notion of the property right is disclosed, the main types and forms of state ownership are determined. General provisions which characterize the functions and forms of state property management are formulated.
