State protection of persons assisting in preventing and combating corruption

Abstract
In the article, analysis of the current state of legal regulation of the state protection of persons who provide assistance in prevention of corruption and anti-corruption enforcement is performed. Regulatory legal acts of national and international legislation concerning protection of persons who provide assistance in prevention of corruption and anti-corruption enforcement are investigated. Amendments to national anticorruption legislation of Ukraine directed on improvement of standard regulation of activity of persons who provide assistance in prevention of corruption and anti-corruption enforcement are offered. Role and effect of activity of such persons in prevention of corruption and anticorruption enforcement are defined.
