STATE REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF CONCESSION IN THE SPHERE OF THE PORT AGENCY

Abstract
The article considers principles of regulation of port infrastructure in the context of the concession as a component of public-private partnership. The organizational and legal bases and main models of concession of seaports are substantiated. It is disclosed that the growing interest of non-state companies in port activities creates a demand for institutional changes in the state regulation of port facilities. The measures regarding the state regulation of the development of concessions in the sphere of the port economy of Ukraine are substantiated.
