State regulation of the informal sector of the investment mechanism of innovative activity

Abstract
The article is devoted to informal venture capital investments and representatives of business angels. Analyzes the current state of the system investment Ukraine, its charac- teristic features. Identified and justified the need to develop and use the movement of busi- ness angels in the investment mechanism. On the basis of the conducted research suggests a number of measures on state regulation informal venture capital investment activity.
