STATE’S FISCAL FUNCTION: SEPARATE METHODS AND FORMS OF IMPLEMENTING

Abstract
The article analyzes some aspects of the implementation of the fiscal function of the state. Separate methods and forms of implementing fiscal policy are considered. Some peculiarities of methods of direct and indirect taxation and purposeful expenditure of incomes are noted; and also some features of modes of automatic stabilizers and discretionary measures as forms of realization of fiscal function. Taking into account the analysis, author’s comments are expressed.
