Static and dynamic tensile characteristics of DP600 steel sheets
Journal Title: Materials Engineering - Materialove inzinierstvo (MEMI) - Year 2014, Vol 21, Issue 1
Abstract
Dynamic tensile testing of sheet steels is becoming more important. Experimental dynamic tensile technique is depending on the strain rate. Each serves for a specific range of strain rates and provides specific type of information. For experiments was used two testing method servo hydraulic and single bar method. Experiments were realized on steel grade DP 600. DP-type steels are low-carbonsteels with soft ferrite and hard martensite. Steel were performed and evaluated static and dynamic tests. Substructure was investigated in static and dynamic loading conditions.

QUALITY OF WELD CLADS APPLIED BY SAW METHOD IN ADHESIVE WEAR CONDITIONS
This contribution deals with the analysis of the renovation layer quality of continuous casting steel rolls, developed through the submerged arc surfacing method (SAW). The continuous casting roll was analysed via the de...
NODULAR CAST IRON FATIGUE LIFETIME IN CYCLIC PLANE BENDING
The fatigue behavior of a component is strongly dependent also on the material and its surface condition. Therefore, the manner in which the surface is prepared during component manufacturing (surface roughness, re...
EVALUATION OF MICROSTRUCTURAL STABILITY OF DISSIMILAR WELD JOINTS
The microstructural changes occurring in the weld joint P92/316Ti during his long-term exposure at high temperature were studied. In parallel to experiments were carried out calculations of phase equilibria for the base...
Influence of deformation technology on fatigue properties of titanium
The influence of commercially pure Titanium microstructure on fatigue properties and their improvement or deterioration is analyzed in the presented contribution. One tested material was after cold drawing the other afte...
