Stimulating entrepreneurship among the local community members as a success strategy of its leader (on the example of Bałtów)

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to point out that stimulating entrepreneurship among the local community members can constitute a success strategy of its leader. It is shown how the community service can help in becoming a successful entrepreneur, on the example of Piotr Lichota, the businessman who was one of the main originators and organizers of Bałtowski Kompleks Turystyczny.
