Abstract
Artykuł jest dyskusją o historii zarządzania jako nauki. Inspiracją stała się publikacja W. Kiechela, Sto lat zarządzania („Harvard Business Polska”, marzec 2013), w której została podjęta próba ukazania wszystkich istotnych koncepcji zarządzania w tym okresie. Omawiając wybory Kiechela, autor przypomina inne teorie i koncepcje, które jego zdaniem miały również ważne znaczenie dla rozwoju nauki o zarządzaniu w różnych okresach rozwoju gospodarczego.
