Stock market as a mechanism for attracting investment funds for enterprises in the conditions of innovative development

Abstract
The article summarizes the principles of the stock market, substantiates the problems of the stock market of Ukraine and considers the mechanism of its regulation in the conditions of economic development of the country. The contribution of the stock market as a part of the financial development and formation of the investment component in the Ukrainian economy is determined, and perspective ways of attracting investment resources are presented.
