STOCK MARKET: CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
In the article features of functioning of the stock market of Ukraine are analyzed, and directions of increase of its liquidity and efficiency are proved. The analysis of the main trends and patterns of the development of the stock market, the dynamics of trading volumes. To solve problematic issues and further development of the domestic stock market, the main blocks of tasks are proposed: the development of corporate reform, planning and management in the branches of improving the efficiency of issuers’ regulation, expanding instruments on the stock market; Stimulating the flow of investments in the stock market; Ensuring reliable and effective functioning of market infrastructure; promoting the implementation of a unified state policy to stimulate the improvement of the investment climate. Conclusions are drawn regarding the further development of the stock market in Ukraine, as well as several recommendations designed to improve the state of the stock market in the future.
