Strategic Analysis of Competitiveness for Global Manufacturing
Journal Title: International Journal of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Fundamentals (www.ijeemf.com) - Year 2013, Vol 5, Issue 1
Abstract
Manufacturing organizations recognise that the business environment has varying levels of unpredictability. To serve such unpredictability, they utilise forecasting and decision modeling techniques at all levels (strategic to operational), but with business and customer demands intensifying, the levels of unpredictability have been increasing and the confidence in such techniques is reducing. This paper tends to highlight the various modes of competitiveness for global manufacturing with their variables which have more dominant influence on the manufacturing performance of the firms in this turbulent market environment. The objective of this paper is to identify strategic analysis of competitiveness for global manufacturing competitive strategies used by manufacturers, along with the traditional changes in the development of competitive strategy in global scenario during the last 40 years.

LOOP AVOIDANCE ROUTING APPROACH FOR RELIABLE DATA TRANSMISSION
In this paper we depict a model which is not evaluate the node reputation, but also provides a approach to avoid loop occurs in the communication. The simulation uses the 802.11 protocol with RTS, CTS, DATA, and ACK sign...
ANALYSIS OF REACTIVE ROUTING PROTOCOLS FOR MOBILE AD-HOC NETWORKS
A MANET is an autonomous collection of mobile users (nodes) that communicate over relatively bandwidth-constrained wireless links. The infrastructure less and the dynamic nature of these networks demands new set of netwo...
Energy Efficient Data Compression for Wireless Sensor Networks
Power saving is a critical issue in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) since sensor nodes are powered by batteries which cannot be generally changed or recharged. As radio communication is often the main cause of energy co...
AN IMPROVEMENT TO NETWORK THROUGHPUT IN CLUSTERED WSN
Minimizing energy dissipation and maximizing network lifetime are important issues in the design of applications and protocols for sensor networks. Energy-efficient sensor state planning consists in finding an optimal as...
A HUMAN CENTRED PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS ENVISIONING A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM (DSS) FOR REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING
Software quality is often reflective of the quality and maturity of the software development process of the organization. Pedagogical software process models such as the Waterfall, Spiral, and rapid prototyping all inclu...
