Strategic benchmarks of the state policy of counteraction to the shadow economy in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation of a strategy of counteraction to the shadow economy in the context of functioning of the mechanisms of implementation of the corresponding state policy. It is determined that strategic planning, as an important stage in the functioning of the mechanism of implementation of the state policy of counteraction to the shadow economy, consists in developing strategic decisions of organizing, orienting and uniting character, aimed at achieving the main goal of observance of organizational-functional, administrative and managerial and resource parameters. The stages of the development and implementation of the Strategy of counteraction to the shadow economy in Ukraine.
