STRATEGIC BENCHMARKS OF THE STATE REGULATION OF ORGANIZATION OF REMUNERATION OF LABOUR

Abstract
The article considers the regulatory principles of the state's influence on the organization of labor remuneration in the national economy of the country. The modern stage of development of the Ukrainian state shows that Ukraine has formed a trend, which does not provide the decision of tasks of social progress, but rather gives rise to a variety of a contradictory state of social-labour relations. Economic growth not accompanied by increases in the level and quality of life of the population. Despite the fact that social development is constantly defined as one of the priorities of state policy, in practice it is actually limited to the increase in such social guarantees as the minimum wage. Hence there is a need to identify strategic directions in the state regulation of socio-labor relations as the guarantee of a fair social partnership, creation of conditions for expanded reproduction of labour force, development of the welfare state providing equal opportunities for self-realization in society, basic social security and vital interests of all segments of the population.
