STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF MODERN MARKETING

Abstract

The article analyzes the work of food industry enterprises. In order to ensure the effective development of the food industry, the SWOT analysis has been used for the future. The changes of the macro environment in the four nodal directions and the identification of trends that are not controlled by the company are monitored, but which influence the results of the approved strategic decisions using PEST analysis. The analysis of the factors of the microeconomic environment of PJSC "Dnipropetrovsk Food Concentrate Plant" was conducted. The use of technological equipment of the enterprise is investigated. The environmental profile of the investigated enterprise is evaluated.
