Abstract

The article presents theoretical basis of the activities and development of non-governmental organizations, their definitions and division. Furthermore, the article justifies the importance of functioning of the third sector in the present-day society. It elucidates the problem of cooperation of the stakeholders with the non-governmental organizations. The article characterizes the conditions of strategic management of non-governmental organizations.
