STRATEGIC PRIORITIES OF LOW-CARBON DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract
The article considers the formation of strategic priorities for low-carbon development of territorial communities. Such strategic priorities of low-carbon development of territorial communities are formed: public participation in the formation of strategies and programs for low-carbon development of territorial communities, energy efficiency, renewable energy, reduction of carbon emissions and removals. Strategic priorities have been detailed with a short rationale to the level of specific projects and activities. It is substantiated that the strategy of low-carbon development is a priority not only of national economic development, but of every territorial community.
