STRATEGICALLY ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS OF THE ENTERPRISE IN ORDER TO INCREASE ITS COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to study modern tools of strategically oriented management of formation and use of the potential of intangible assets of the enterprise to increase its competitiveness, to define and substantiate the stages of this management. Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods are used in the research, in particular: analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, abstract and logical – in clarifying the essence of intangible assets, determining and substantiating the stages of strategically oriented management of intangible assets in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise; structural and logical – in constructing a scheme of stages of strategically oriented management of intangible assets in modern economic conditions. Findings. The necessity of purposeful formation of intangible assets and their further use of their potential in order to increase competitiveness in conditions of knowledge economy are substantiated. The eight stages of strategically oriented management of the formation and use of the potential of intangible assets of the enterprise are proposed and substantiated. The modern tools of strategically oriented management of intangible assets of the enterprise are systematized to increase its competitiveness. Originality. The stages of strategically oriented management of the formation and use of the potential of intangible assets in the context of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise are presented. Practical value. The obtained results of the research are aimed at solving the problem of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the modern conditions of knowledge economy, in which intangibles are beginning to play a particularly important role.
