СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВИМИ РИЗИКАМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
У статті розглянуто стратегічні аспекти управління, запропоновано створення служби маркетингу, що розробляє та узгоджує проекти звітних і прогнозних документів, що стосуються маркетингової діяльності підприємства, розробки стратегічної карти розвитку з урахуванням аналізу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано методику, суть якої полягає в оцінювані можливих співвідношень дохідності та рівня ризику й вибору оптимального варіанта досягнення максимального кінцевого результату з урахуванням усього періоду впровадження фінансової стратегії підприємства. Доведено, що застосування даного заходу дозволить наростити обсяг виробництва, збільшити прибутковість та подолати кризові явища, вийти на шлях стійкого розвитку.
