STRATEGIES AND MODERN TENDENCIES OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION: AUSTRIAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical principles of university development planning strategy. Two main approaches to the formation of university strategy are highlighted, special examples are illustrated. Particular features of strategic planning of university education quality assurance in Austria are emphasized.
